Morrison is closer than you think... only 20 minutes west of downtown Denver.

From C-470, the Museum is located one half mile south of Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater, on the south edge of the Town of Morrison on Colorado Highway 8.

From Hampden (US 285), two miles north of the landmark "The Fort" restaurant on Highway 8.

Driving Directions from DIA/Denver

1. I-70 West to the Colorado Springs Exit (C-470 East).
2. C-470 East to the Morrison Exit, turn right.
3. Proceed through the Town of Morrison on Morrison Road (CO Hwy 8).
4. Turn left at the third stoplight, and proceed for ½ mile.  The Museum is on the right side of the highway.

General Driving Directions

1. C-470 to the Morrison Exit, bear West (toward mountains).
2. Turn left at CO HWY 8 (third stoplight in Morrison).
3. Proceed for ½ mile; the Museum is on the right side of the highway.
